New York, NY (PRWEB) March 20, 2008 -- The comedy club and theatre collide in Diversity Players of Harlem's production of the Stage Play Die Laughing, starring Uptown Kevin Brown of NBC's 30 Rock. Performances will be at the Laugh Factory for two weeks from April 15 - April 27, 2008.
Die Laughing, written by Marq Overton and directed by Dwight Ali Williams, takes a look at the life of Michael Laurence, a struggling but very talented misogynistic comedian on the threshold of the biggest break of his career when he is forced to take a serious look at his life after being stricken with a disease generally associated with women.
Production Schedule: April 15 - April 27 Tuesday - Friday 8:30pm Nightly Saturday and Sunday 2pm, 5pm, and 8:30pm Doors open 1 hour prior to show
